Debora is a specialist headhunter with a strong network across ANZ power markets and the energy transition landscape. She partners with investors, power generators, traders, retailers and financial institutions, and has a proven record executing strategic search mandates and securing high-calibre talent across front and middle office roles.

With 15 years of cross-sector experience in workforce planning, Debora draws on her background as a Corporate Lawyer to advise clients across on organisational structure, compensation, talent development and D&I. She holds Bachelor and Postgraduate qualifications in Law, and a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
